Goldfinger
Abbey Lee is a 'Space Cadet' in i-D's Spring 2010 issue- and I can't help but think of the timeless James Bond movie 'Goldfinger'. In a beginning scene, actress Shirley Eaton's character was killed by her skin not being able to breath, from being covered in gold paint. There was an urban myth surrounding the movie that this actress actually died during the filming of this movie, because of the paint (others say it was a body double). This story was also the text behind the cover of Life magazine's 1964 issue:
