From the Haute Couture shows in Paris this past week, below is Chanel
This reminds me of the amazing space age dress of Anna Wintour's at the Costume Institute Gala 2008 - she wears a custom made dress, Chanel by Karl Lagerfeld. Even though it was highly critiqued as "strange" - Wintour obviously wouldn't take this too personally, as we know from September Vogue, Wintour tells us that people mock fashion because they are ultimately intimidated by it, below is her dress:
